They will clear out an entire house of stuff for about $65 per hour plus the cost of a dumpster. They will even handle biohazard materials. If there is anything salvageable (primarily furniture or collectibles) they will try to sell it in their secondhand store and if it sells credit the client back for half of what they sold it for. They will come to the property to give an estimate.
