Sign Reminders
The brokerage provides posts and generic panels for sign installs.
If you have custom panels, let us know and we will coordinate getting those to the A&J Signs shop where they will be stored for your future installs.
Agents are responsible for hanging up and taking down their riders. A&J Signs will not take riders from a property unless requested. Delivering riders to an office will result in a regular $18 trip fee.
If there’s an issue with your sign (i.e. a broken panel or a post that’s fallen over), please email [email protected] so A&J Signs can fix the issue at no cost to you.
Dates & Timelines
- Sign requests must be received by 8:30am to ensure same day install or removal.
- Sign installs and removals are completed on weekdays; no weekends or holidays.
- Inclement weather (heavy amounts of rain, ice, snow, frozen ground) can cause delays. If this is the case, you will be notified via email.
Trip Fees
- The base trip fee is $18. Requests outside of Omaha are subject to increased fees to account for additional time and fuel.
- Common Destinations:
- Ashland: $35
- Fremont: $50
- Glenwood: $35
- Louisville: $35
- Lincoln: $50
- South and West Lincoln: $75 Valley: $35
- If you need a sign installed somewhere that isn’t listed, reach out to Lisa Watson for information on exact fees.
- Submit out of town requests a week in advance.
Commercial Signs
- Install Fee: $85, Removal Fee: $65
- Commercial sign requests outside the metro area will be an additional fee to account for additional time and fuel.
- Common Destinations: Ashland: $35, Fremont: $50, Glenwood: $35, Louisville: $35, Lincoln: $50, South and West Lincoln: $75, Valley: $35
- Submit your commercial sign request as early as possible. Some properties need to have utilities (gas, power, cable lines) located prior to an install and that can take 2-3 days to do.
- You must provide the commercial sized sign that will be installed. This can be ordered through PIP.
